This fun class with begin with 45 minutes of guided instruction by Julie Funke. The remaining 15 minutes of class will be open play, meaning you can practice whatever you like, ask questions, etc. Julie will assist and spot as needed.
Trapeze Yoga, similar to Antigravity Yoga or "aerial yoga", is a new kind of workout incorporating exercises from yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus. It's the ultimate low-impact core workout designed to strengthen your core and guaranteed to stretch your body. And no worries, you don't need any type of special experience to take this class.
