In this 45 minute spinning class you will ride a stationary bike to the beat of awesome tunes, each class as unique as each of our instructors are. Our instructors are trained to give you both athletic and motivational coaching cues, but ultimately it is you who determines how hard you work and how much resistance you put on that bike. This highly effective cardio and strength workout will work your lung, your glutes, calves, quads, hamstrings, and core. Leave feeling energized and inspired, all levels of spinning experience welcome!
Follow this up with 30 minutes of yoga practice focused on poses and stretches that counter the muscles used in spinning. The yoga portion of the class is optional. All levels of experience welcome!
