Power Hour Spin

In this 60 minute spinning class you will ride a stationary bike to the beat of awesome tunes, each class as unique as each of our instructors are. Our instructors are trained to give you both athletic and motivational coaching cues, but ultimately it is you who determines how hard you work and how much resistance you put on that bike. This highly effective cardio and strength workout will work your lungs, your glutes, calves, quads, hamstrings, and core. Leave feeling energized and inspired, all levels of spinning experience welcome!60 minute spin class, open to all levels of spinning experience.

Power Hour Spin is all levels, all terrain, varying levels of intensity for one hour; offering a complete mind/body experience for people of all ages and fitness levels as the participant works at his/her own level of intensity.
